Chocolate Pizza

This homemade chocolate pizza is dripping in nutella, a real naughty treat everyone can enjoy. Trust me, once you try this Chocolate Pizza you wont ever want to order a margherita again!
Makes 2 Medium Pizza's 



  • 225ml warm water
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 packet of instant yeast
  • 185g bread flour
  • 170g plain flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp melted butter



  • 5 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 6 tbsp milk chocolate chips tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips



  1. First off let’s pop the yeast and granulated sugar into the warm water  
  2. Give it a quick stir and let sit for 5 minutes until the top of the water is foamy
  3. Next, add the bread flour, plain flour & salt into a large mixing bowl. Then slowly pour in the yeast mixture. Mix until the dough forms a sticky ball.
  4. Then, lightly flour your surface and knead the dough until nice & smooth.
  5. Grease the sides of your mixing bowl, then transfer the dough back and cover the bowl with clingfilm. Allow the dough to rise, once risen the dough should be doubled in size, approx 1 hour.
  6. Once the dough has risen, on a lightly floured surface roll out the dough into a pizza shape with a rolling pin
  7. Spread the melted butter around the centre of the pizza base, transfer to a baking tray.
  8. Bake in the oven on 230ÂșC for 15 minutes until golden.
  9. Once baked smooth the chocolate hazelnut spread around the pizza base and sprinkle on the chocolate chips
  10. Bake for 2 minutes.
